The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 22, 1999, p. 3 James Budd Smith of Wickenburg died December 18 in Wickenburg. He was 67. Mr. Smith was born January 26, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio. He had lived in Wickenburg for more than 20 years. Mr. Smith was the chief water system and wastewater treatment manager for the Town of Wickenburg until his retirement in April 1995. Survivors include his wife Jane; two sons, Mark and Daniel Smith; a brother, Frank of Cleveland; and several grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 26 at the Wickenburg Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Kellis Road.
