Mr. Kloepper served in the U.S Navy. 

Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, July 3, 2003, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Avenue, Kingman, AZ. 

A Memorial will be held at 11:00 AM, July 4, 2003, at Praise Chapel, 419 Harrison, Kingman, AZ.
