TURNER, James C.

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 21, 1997 James C. Turner of Congress, died May 15 in Wickenburg. He was 87. Mr. Turner was born Sept. 23, 1909 in Fort Morgan, Colo. He had lived in Arizona for the past two years. Survivors include his wife, Florence, of Congress; daughter Ruth Stephan of Phoenix; son Donald A. Dennis of Fairbanks, Alaska; sisters Harriet Nelson of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mari Lambert of Prosser, Wash., Alice Poole of Registertown, Md., and Lucy Norton of Pueblo, Colo.; and six grandchildren. Services have been held.
