Daisy Elvira Underwood died Nov. 3, 2006, in San Bernardino, Calif. Daisy was born in Jerome to Epitacio and Susana Guel on Aug. 14, 1927.

She enjoyed her family, a long time career with Von's Grocery and traveling, which included many trips back home as well as cruises with family and friends.

Daisy is survived by her son Leslie and Jean Underwood of San Bernardino, Calif.; her daughter Margaret and Frank Caputo of Temple City, Calif.; stepdaughter Donna Baughman of Picayune, Miss. She is also survived by five sisters; Josie Guel and Mollie Herrera, both of Colton, Calif., Lupe Limon of Downey, Calif., Virginia Singh of El Cajon, Calif., and Belle Binder of Glendale, Calif. Daisy had six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
