Simon N. Kanizar of Congress, died June 29 in Congress. He was 89.

Mr. Kanizar was born Dec. 2, 1908 in Chicago, Ill. He had lived in Arizona for the Past year, coming from Florida. 

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Judith Kanizar; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services have been held.
