David Loyde Lane of Yarnell died Aug. 16 in Yarnell. He was 84.

Mr. Lane was born Feb. 26, 1913 in Cornersville, Texas. He had lived in Arizona for 73 years, coming from Tennessee at 11 years of age.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Mary, of Yarnell: daughter Dixie Lee Jackson of Sacramento, calif.; brother J. B. Lane of Phoenix; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, all of Sacramento; one niece; and one nephew.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg. The Rev. Ted Snowdon will officiate.
