LONG, Verna T.

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 3, 1997 Verna T. Long of Wickenburg, died Aug. 26 in Chandler. She was 85. Mrs. Long was born March 15, 1912 in Little Rock, Ark. She had lived in Arizona for the past 24 years, coming from California. Survivors include her daughters, Bobinill Crook of Grass Valley, Nev. and Charlena V. Dow of Chandler, sons, Ernest C. Long of Redding, Calif., and William A. Long of Wickenburg; brothers O. A. Sullivan of Wickenburg and W. B. Sullivan of Reno. Nev.; sister, Ina Imojean Deavours of Fresno, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Services have been held.
