Mrs. St. Clair was born Jan. 8, 1909 in Cambridge, N.Y. She came to Wickenburg in the late 1920’s. In the early 1940’s, she and Walter divorced, and a few years later she married William St. Clair, a person who had been a longtime visitor to the area (who passed away in 1993). Her sister Margarite (Polly) subsequently moved to the area and married Hector K. (Mac) MacLennan. Marion was an avid bridge player and horseperson and an early member of the Las Damas. She always had a great deal of love for animals. Survivors include her daughter Doreen Weigand of Hesperia, Calif.; and her son Edwin of St. Clair of Eugene, Ore.; along with many grandchildren.
