SIMPSON, William (Fred)

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 8, 1997 William ‘Fred” Simpson of Prescott and a former Wickenburg resident, died Sept. 27 in Prescott. He was 70. Mr. Simpson was born March 20, 1927 in Redlands, Calif. He had lived in Arizona for the past 49 years, coming from Kansas in 1948. He was the Borden distributor in Wickenburg during the early 1960s. Survivors include his wife, Judith; mother, Elizabeth Simpson; sons William V. and Paul David, both of Prescott, and James R. of Chino Valley; a brother, Edward, of Yarnell; and four grandchildren. Services have been held.
