The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 12, 1997, A2 Kenneth D. Joseph of Brevard, N.C., and a former longtime resident of Wickenburg, died Oct. 28 in Brevard. He was 82. Survivors include his wife Rosemary, of Brevard; daughter Kay, of Boise, Idaho; and stepsons Dan Blake of Brevard, Jim Blake of Asheville, N.C. and Mark Blake of Columbus, Ohio and their families. Services have been held.
