The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 19, 1997 Virginia S. Kelly Turpin of Indianapolis, Ind. and a former longtime resident of Wickenburg, died Nov. 9, in Carmel, Ind. She was 86. Mrs. Turpin was born march 1, 1911 in Pasadena, Calif. While living in Wickenburg, Mrs. Turpin was a volunteer at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum. Survivors include her daughter, Judy Zimmerman of Indianapolis; son Jerry Kelly of McCloud, Calif.; step-son Anthony Turpin of Oak Harbor, Wash; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Kelly, in 1971; and her second husband, Miles J. Turpin, in 1989. Services have been held.
