BUSBY, Cleo

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 3, 1997 Cleo Busby of Cottonwood and a former resident of Wickenburg, died Nov. 29 in Cottonwood. She was 68. Mrs. Busby was born Aug. 5, 1929 in Hollister, Calif. and had lived in Arizona for the most of her life, moving here at age 7. She worked as the head housekeeper at Wickenburg Community Hospital for seven years. Survivors include her husband, Marion Jack “Shorty” Busby; sons David Bruce Busby of Cottonwood, John Marshall Busby of Tolleson, Martin Jay Busby of San Diego, and Duane Lee Busby of Provo, Utah; daughter Lila Marie Savage of Hammer, Idaho; sister Mary Catherine Allen of Phoenix; mother Lucy Cain of Cottonwood; 14 grandchildren; and three great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a son, Marion Jack Busby, Jr. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 at the LDS Church in Cottonwood.
