Dorina Blanco, 89, passed on July 2, 2003.
She is survived by her family that adored her -- Daughters Gloria Blanco Dailey and Diane Blanco, granddaughters Maya Dailey and Dina Dailey Cassidy, three great-grandchildren Zachary, Zoe Anna and Kealy, and two sisters America Gibson and Trine Bedia.
Dorina was born in Miami, AZ to Ramon and Dorotea Garcia of Asturias, Spain.
She was a talented woman that began her career with Kay Bayden Interiors and then moved to Scottsdale with Ruth Carroll Interiors. She ended her career as a consultant decorator with J.C. Penneys. "Dee" Blanco was the top sales person in the nation for seven years in a row with the company and won numerous awards.
She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt. We will miss her.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., with rosary at 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 4, A. L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phx.
