Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2003 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at The House of Rhema Full Gospel Baptist Church, 2802 E. South Mountain Ave., Phoenix, AZ. 

Services will be held Saturday, July 5, 2003 at 1:00 pm at the church. 

Preston Funeral Home serving the family.
