An informal Scottish memorial service for local family and friends will be held at 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at All Saints Episcopal Church, 6300 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Internment in the All Saints church yard will follow the service. Contributions may be sent to the Ellis C. MacDougall Guest Lecture Series, School of Criminal Justice, College of Liberal Arts, the University of South Carolina, 29208.
