Black's Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Gloria Jean Neufeld (January 20, 1947 - April 8, 2011) Gloria Jean Neufeld, 64, of Snowflake, passed away Friday, April 8, 2011, at her home. She was born January 20, 1947, in Corpus Christi, TX, to Eugene and Billy (Taylor) Sorenson. She was raised in Estacada, OR. She moved to Arizona and lived in California and Kentucky for a time before returning to Arizona. She was a member of the Lions Club and SAV. She loved to dance and sing, and enjoyed camping. Survivors include her children, Lori DeAnn Sowell, Michael Dean Sorensen, Donna Renee Baralla and Scott Allen Sowell; brothers and sisters, Patricia Ann, Gail Yvonne Eme and Kirk Douglas Sorensen; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Eugene Charles Sorensen. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 14, at the Pioneer Park Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Snowflake. Viewing will be at 1:00 P.M. at the church. Burial will be in Heber Cemetery.
