The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ April 18, 2011 Rikki Rachele Williams Kitchen, 30, died April 15, 2011, in Taylor peacefully in her sleep. She resided in Taylor where she was raised, until moving to Kanab, Utah. She just recently moved back to Taylor. She was born May 18, 1980, in Show Low. While living in Kanab, she met Michael Kitchen and they married Oct. 3, 2003. Rikki was diagnosed with a brain tumor when she was 3 years old and survived many struggles with this. Rikki always wanted to have children and this was her greatest joy and accomplishment when she had her children. Rikki was notorious for remembering everyone's birthday and always sent a card or note. Rikki loved children and was finishing her education to become a teacher. Rikki was very competitive and no one could beat her at Spoons. She is survived by her husband, Michael Anthony Kitchen; two children Kahlan Rachele and Kevin Michael; mother and step-father, Eliza and Jim Robinson (Kanab, Utah); father Mark Williams (LaDawn) of Snowflake; Granny and Poppa, Stella and Joe Williams of Snowflake; brother and sisters: Candon and Tami Williams of Fredonia, Amanda and Jake Ramsay of Kanab, Utah, Tiffany and Josh Cluff of Fredonia, and Casey Robinson of Kanab, Utah). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who will always love and miss her. "We love you Rikki." She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence Loye Willis and Ione Rogers Willis. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 22, in the relief society room at the Love Lake Chapel in Taylor. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m. at the Love Lake Chapel in Taylor. Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled arrangements. An account has been set up at National Bank to help with expenses.
