The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 15, 1965 Coast Rites For Mr Lutz Funeral services were held in Lakewood, Calif., for Lorenz J. (Larry) Lutz, a resident of the Wickenburg area until a year and a half ago, who passed away the morning of April 9 in the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, Calif. While residing here for some three and one-half years, Mr & Mrs Lutz on the Prescott Highway in the home purchased from them and since occupied by Mr & Mrs Gene Francis. Born in Cleveland, 0h., 67 years ago, Mr Lutz had a lived most of his life in Arizona. He had the Sherwin - Williams Paint Co., for 42 years when he retired and moved to Wickenburg. He was a veteran of World War I and at the time of his death 11 was one of three surviving members of the "Last Man's Club" of the American Legion post in Phoenix addition to the widow Rufie, Mr Lutz is survived by two daughters, Mrs C. T. Mullen of Scottsdale and Mrs' W. G. Loughlin of Lakewood, also seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
