MRS. H. A. LOCKE'S MOTHER PASSES AWAY 

According to word received here Mrs. A. R. Locke's mother, Mrs. M. Atkinson, passed away Wednesday at the home of her daughter in Los Angeles. Mrs. Atkinson, suffered a fractured hip in a fall several months ago and never recovered from it. 

Mrs. Locke accompanied the body to Chicago, where interment will be made. 

Her son, Clarence Locke, Jr., is staying with Mr. and Mrs. Roy D. Bailey during Mrs Locke's absence, and she will join him here after the funeral services, and later return to her home Los Angeles.
