Friends here received the sad news of the death Monday of James Nervick, son of Mr & Mrs Harold Nervick of Los Alamitos, Calif., and former residents of Wickenburg, which occurred unexpectedly in that city. He would have been 27 years old December 22. 

For the past two years he had been teaching culinary arts in the Long Beach, Calif., City College. A brother Dick also survives. 

Services were pending at press time.
