RUST, Arleen Marie

Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Sunday, April 24, 2011 Arleen Marie Rust, 58, died on Friday, April 22, 2011, in Flagstaff. She was born on June 2, 1952, in New York, to Anthony and Margaret Marin. After graduating from high school, she began work in the medical field in an accounts payable division in Florida. She moved to Flagstaff in 1994 and worked as a clerk for the Coconino County Sheriff's Office. For the last 11 years, she worked at Northern Arizona Health Care in accounts payable, until her retirement in January to spend time with her husband, Barry, and her animals. She was an avid follower of the New York Mets (not the New York Yankees) and the Arizona Diamondbacks, attending many Diamondbacks games in Phoenix. She is survived by husband Barry Rust of Flagstaff; sister, Gina (Steve) Antolos of Florida; and nephews Danny and Nicholas. A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at the Lozano's Flagstaff Mortuary, 2545 N. Fourth St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
