The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 20, 1966 MRS STONE WAS NATIVE OF ARIZONA Many friends gathered in the Wickenburg Funeral Home at 3 p.m. last Thursday to pay their last respects to Mrs Lucille Stone, a resident here for the last two years and a native of Arizona as were her parents. She passed away in Phoenix January 10 at the age of 87. The Rev Follmer of the Calvary Baptist Church conducted the funeral services and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs Stone was born November 10, 1878 in Prescott, the daughter of Mr & Mrs James Ellis who were also born in Prescott. Their parents came to the state in a covered wagon. Mrs Stone lived all of her life in Arizona. She and her husband Frank were resident of Congress briefly before moving to Wickenburg. She had been ill the past seven weeks. In addition to the husband, she is survived by two sons Robert Stone of Manhattan Beach, Calif., and William of Sparks, Nev.
