Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 10, 1966, p. 10 Ray McNeer Summoned Members of the Wickenburg Chapter of World War I Veterans, an organization he has served as Secretary – Treasurer, conducted graveside rites at the Wickenburg Cemetery Wednesday afternoon for Ray Wagner McNeer, well known resident of Wickenburg who passed away March 7 in Community Hospital. The Rev. John Williams of the First Presbyterian Church officiated at funeral services held at 4 p.m. at the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Mr. McNeer was born December 5, 1890, in McVeytown, Penna.; He had been a resident of Arizona for 10 years. A veteran of World War I, he took an active part in veterans’ affairs. He had been an officer in the First Presbyterian Church and was secretary of the Wickenburg Camera Club.
