Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 26, 1966, p. 5 Wednesday Funeral For Mrs Jackson Requiem Mass was said at 9 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. D. F. O’Sullivan in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church for Mrs Zona M. (Swanie) Jackson, a resident of Wickenburg for the past 16 years. She passed away May 20 in the Yavapai Community Hospital, Prescott, where she had been a patient for several weeks. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Jackson was born November 2, 1889 in Del Rio, Tex., and moved to Arizona in 1911. She resided in Kirland, Ariz., for 35 years where she was a member of the Arizona Cattle Growers Association, the Yavapai Cowbelles and the Kirkland Women’s Club. She is survived by a daughter Mrs Bennie Dean Runke, Jr., of Flagstaff; a brother residing out-of-state, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
