Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ July 28, 1966, p.14 Wednesday Rites For Mrs Thomas The Rev. Marvin Elam of the First Baptist Church conducted funeral services at 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon of this week for Mrs Ethel Edna Thomas, a resident of Wickenburg since 1951, who passed away in Community Hospital here. She had been a patient in the hospital since July 8. The services were held in the Wickenburg Funeral Home and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mrs. Thomas who was born December 19, 1883 in North Powder, Oregon, came to Wickenburg in 1951 with her husband upon his retirement as a locomotive engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad. He passed away here in 1958. Surviving are a brother Raymond Anthony of Santa Cruz, Calif., and two sisters, Mrs Bessie Goble of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs Pauline Craig of Colorado. Also a cousin,Mars Albert (Ruby) Allen of Wickenburg.
