MEYER, Wilma Joan

Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Saturday, April 30, 2011 - Wilma Joan Meyer, born April 6, 1930, in Pasadena, Calif., went home to be with Jesus April 27, 2011. She and her husband, George, moved with their three children from Big Bear Lake, Calif., to Lake Havasu City in 1974. She enjoyed camping, riding her quad, baking and taking care of her family. She is survived by her husband of more than 61 years, George Meyer Jr.; and their three kids, Gary (Julie) Meyer, Donna Meyer-Zempich, and Brad (Beth) Meyer; six grandchildren: Heidi Meyer, Deana (Scott) Danielson, Kevin (Stephanie) Zempich, Jared (Lacy) Meyer, Brian (Brenda) Zempich and Crystal Meyer; four great-grandchildren: Aaron and Brandon Zempich, Kayla Danielson and McKenna Meyer. She is preceded in death by her two great grandchildren, Ashton and Brody Stuart, sons of Crystal Meyer and Adam Stuart. You’ll always be in our hearts wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
