KOTLABA, Mindy Anne

Mindy Anne Kotlaba 50, passed suddenly on April 14, 2011. 

Mindy and her family moved to Tucson from Chester NJ in 1979. She graduated from the Arizona School of Cosmetology in 1981 and was a hairdresser for over 25 years in Tucson. 

Mindy is survived by her mother, Barbara Kotlaba; sister, Jacci Von Brook; brother, John Kotlaba; nephews, John and Adam and niece, Jasmine; her aunt, Georganna Appleby, many cousins and friends. We will miss her always. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at New Spirit Lutheran Church, 8601 E. Old Spanish Trail, Tucson, AZ 85710, 520-296-2461. In lieu of flowers you, may honor Mindy by the New Spirit Endowment Fund, The American Cancer Society or The Heart Association . Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION & BURIAL.
