MINING MAN STRICKEN WITH HEART FAILURE

Fred Dugan, 70 years old, formerly of Prescott, and lately engaged in mining in the Constellation district, died of a heart attack late Tuesday evening while inspecting mining properties 21 miles east of here.

Two companions were with him at the time. Mr. Dugan is survived by three sisters and a brother, all residing outside of Arizona.
