The death of Raymond Hughes, age 80, of Phoenix, in Community Hospital here Sunday night, will probably be entered as a highway fatality. In that event, it will bring to 13 the total of Highway fatalities in the Wickenburg patrol area since the first of the year. Mr Hughes, his wife and her sister Mrs Ann Kinney of Los Angeles, were brought to the hospital following a 1-car accident at 9:27 a.m. August 4 two miles west of Aguila. Hospital attendants said Mr Hughes died of a stroke, which could have been brought on by the injuries he received in the accident
