Walker of Phoenix, formerly of Wickenburg, whose mother Mrs Rosa Walker passed away August 29 at the Bells Lodge nursing home in Phoenix where she had resided for the past three years. The funeral services were attended by Mrs Clara Emmett of Wickenburg, mother of Mrs Ed. C. Walker, who lived here during the 10 years her husband was manager of the Ryan – Evans Drug Store. Burial was in the Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale, Ariz., Mrs Rosa Walker born June 9, 1881 in Springfield, Ill. In addition to the son Ed, another son John, also of Phoenix and a daughter Mrs Ida Brewster, also a granddaughter Linda Walker survive.
