John "Sharky" L. Hoopes, age 72 of Globe, Ariz. passed away on April 25, 2011 in Globe, Ariz. He was born in Phoenix, Ariz. on Nov. 6, 1939, the son of Kenneth and Nellie (Harriet) Hoopes.

John worked as a truck driver for Gila County.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Nellie Hoopes. John is survived by his sister Kay Harrington of Beverly Hills, Calif.

Funeral Services were private. Interment took place at Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens in Miami, Ariz.
