The Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on May 6, 2011 - Linda McLain, 60, of Kingman passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011, after a very brief battle with cancer. She was born Feb. 13, 1951, in Chicago. Linda is survived by her husband, Jim McLain; her three children, Robert Augustyn (Katie), Ronald Augustyn (Heather), and Tina Anderson (Mike); her three stepchildren, Scott McLain, Mark McLain (Anna), and Todd McLain (Mary); 10 grandchildren, Samantha, Makayla, Sidney, Frank, Regina, Bridget, Margaret Rose, Nathaniel, Justin and Alexandra. She was employed by Kingman Middle School as an attendance clerk. She had worked as a bakery manager for 20 years in the Chicago area before relocating to Kingman 10 years ago. She enjoyed hiking, reading, cooking, crocheting, quilting and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, many dear friends and beloved co-workers and students. She will be cremated at the Sutton Memorial Funeral Home. There will be no services.
