Flora Cloe, 98, born Aug. 7, 1908, in Mound City, Illinois, passed away Feb. 27, 2007 at a local care home.

A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, at the Oddfellows Cemetery.

Hampton Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
