Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 24, 1966, p. 4 Death Claims “Pete” Scott Friends here have learned of the death, on Nov. 18 in the Veterans Administration Hospital at Whipple, of Edwin H., Scott of Prescott, who lived in Wickenburg and operated a real estate business here from 1947 to 1955. He was familiarly known as “Pete” and the office and residence here were on West Cavaness at the Prescott Highway. Mr. Scott, age 77, was a member of a pioneer Arizona family which homesteaded in Yavapai County. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Widmer Mortuary in Prescott and burial followed in the Mountain View Cemetery. Surviving are his wife Cora; a daughter and two sons living out of state; a sister Mrs Kathryn McNeely of Prescott and eight grandchildren.
