The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 28, 1961 Rites Held for Ham B. Watcher Funeral services were, held in Tucson Tuesday for Ham B. Wachter, 84, father of the late Floyd H. (Speed) Wachter of Wickenburg. The elder Mr Wachter died in Tucson, where he had resided since 1916, last Sunday after a long illness. He was born in Hartsburg, Ill., August 16. 1876. Surviving are the widow, Rosa; one son; Allen B.; and one daughter, Mrs Irene KIrby, all of Tucson. Also a brother Matt Wachter, of Tucson. Surviving grandchildren are Margaret Wachter and Robert Wachter of Wickenburg and William A. Pender, Douglas Wachter, Susan Wachter, Raymond Wachter and Thomas Kirby all of Tucson. Surviving great - grandchildren are Roiann and Robby Mark Wachter of Wickenburg and Barbara and Mike Pender of Tucson. Mr & Mrs Wachter observed their 60th wedding anniversary on February 6 of this year. Mrs Flolyd Wachter, son Robert and daughter Margaret, of Wickenburg, attended the funeral services.
