The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 14, 1953 Mrs. Mary Simpson Died August 8 In Phoenix Hospital Mrs Mary Simpson, who had lived in this community for a number of years and was a familiar sight on the streets of our town driving her jeep truck, passed away last Saturday evening, August 8, in the Maricopa County Hosp0ital in Phoenix. The body was sent to her old home in Ticonderoga, N. Y., where her 88-year-old father, Bart Vogel, still reside. Another sister, Mrs Fred Boyle, lives in Hague, N. Y. Mrs Simpson’s husband passed away here a few years ago. For several years Mrs Simpson had served as housekeeper for Morton Bodfish here.
