SULLIVAN, Timothy Richard

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, May 12, 2011 Timothy Richard Sullivan, formerly of Prescott, Ariz., passed away on May 8, 2011, at the age of 39. Tim is survived by his wife, Shelley Sullivan; his grandmother, Jeannetta Renfroe; parents Linda and Mike Sullivan; and brothers Raymond, Shawn, and Beau, along with many loving friends and family members. A memorial service on the life of Tim is planned for 1 p.m. May 14, 2011, at the First Assembly of God Church, 1455 Willow Creek Road. Information provided by survivors.
