The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 25, 1960, p. 8 Cornelius Kirby Funeral Pending Funeral services, which are to be held here, are pending for Cornelius Kirby, 68-year-old local resident, who died in Community Hospital at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday of a heart attack. Mr Kirby came here in 1955 from Boulder City, Nev., after his retirement from 17 years of service with the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation as a ranger. He and Mrs Kirby resided at the Rollin’ Hogan trailer park. Mrs Kirby is the daughter of Mr & Mrs Eugene Moore of 132 Mohave Street. Mr Kirby was a veteran of World War I and a Mason. Surviving, in addition to the widow, is one sister, Mrs J. A. Hooks of Port Arthur, Texas.
