The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, May 16, 2011 Robert "Bob" Lee Jelinek, 64, of Dewey, Ariz., born Aug. 24, 1946 in Fremont, Neb., passed away May 15, 2011 in Prescott. Services will be 11 a.m. May 21, 2011 at the Quailwood Community Center, 12725 E. Bradshaw Mountain Road, Dewey, Ariz. Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel Prescott, Arizona Robert “Bob” Lee Jelinek, 64, of Dewey, Arizona, born in Freemont, Nebraska, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Bob will be missed by his wife of 45 years Rosemary G. Jelinek, daughter Shanna Reidhead of Mesa, Arizona and son Robert J. Jelinek (Heather) of Phoenix, Arizona. “Papa” will be missed by his granddaughter Ashlyn Reidhead and grandson Max Jelinek and numerous other family members and friends. Bob is also survived by his aunt Mrs. Arlene Bargholz of Wayne, Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Violet Golliher and son-in-law Monty Reidhead. Bob was a member of the class of 1964 from Alhambra High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Bob served with the U.S. Marine Detachment aboard the USS Ticonderoga during the Vietnam conflict. He retired in 2009 after working 35 years as a member of the Operating Engineers Local 428. Bob was the former president of the Desert Classic Chevy car club and state representative for Ecklers Classic Chevy International. Bob enjoyed his life in the White Mountains camping, fishing and hunting. He took great pride in his 57 Chevy and Harley Davidson motorcycle.
