Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Published Monday, May 16, 2011 - Paulette Arlene Sandell, 68, passed away May 10, 2011, at her home in Lake Havasu City. She was born on June 11, 1942, in Pennsylvania. How do you describe a person who was amazing? There are no words to describe the woman that Paulette was. She was so loved by all who met her and had a smile that could light up a room. She was a talented seamstress whose skills were unbelievable. Paulette married her beloved husband, Gary, in Lake Tahoe, Nev., Aug. 2, 1986, and together they moved to Lake Havasu City 13 years ago, coming from Whittier, Calif. She was a member of the Eagles, Moose Lodge and the Havasu Regional Hospital Auxiliary. To sum up her life is to simply say she was absolutely amazing and she will be deeply missed and always loved. Paulette is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 25 years, Gary Sandell, of Lake Havasu City; and her son, Dwayne Kufchak.
