Williams News, Williams, AZ Tuesday, May 17, 2011 Harry V. Mackay, of Parker and Williams, died Thursday, May 5, 2011 in Scottsdale, Ariz. Harry was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a longtime Williams resident and graduated from Williams High School. He served in the U.S. Army. Prior to retiring, he served as Interim Superintendent of the Williams Unified School District. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, of Parker; three sons, Bill of Chandler and Gary and Donald, both of Parker; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services are planned.
