Nora Bullock Penrod entered into rest May 14, 2011, in Whiteriver. She was born Nov. 15, 1926 in Oak Creek.

Nora is survived by her husband, Mr. Logan A. Penrod; son, Larson Williams; daughters: Judy Drake, Carol Smock, Lorraine Penrod; stepsons: Mark Penrod, Steve Penrod; stepdaughters: Linda Lewis, Geraldine Williams, Harriett Williams; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces: Evelyn Peaches, Phobe Maria, Suzy Way, Roseline Perry, Rosita Bullock; nephews: Delmore Taylay, Larence Gatewood, Denzo Jefferson; and many relatives and friends.

A two-night wake will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 19, at her residence in Whiteriver (3114 N. Penrod Lane). Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at the Open Bible Lutheran Church in Whiteriver with Pastor Joel Sutton officiating. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery.

Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
