Rosemary (Monahan) Brenneman passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side at home. She was born to E.J. and Rose Monahan in Butte, Mont., on Feb. 2, 1945. Rosie and her husband, Ron, of 45 years, retired to Lake Havasu City in 2002.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, Ron Brenneman; her three children, Ron of Nebraska,Kiley (Keri) of Denver, Brigitte (Shane) Palinkx also of Denver; eight grandchildren, Katherine of Ill., Kennah, Hailey, Hanna H., Peyton, Elizabeth, Molly and Conner of Denver; her mother, Rose Monahan of Butte, Mont.; seven brothers and sisters, Joe Monahan of Butte, Mont., Carey Monahan of Conrad, Mont., Diane Monahan of Kalispell, Mont., Terri (Bill) Brown of Golden, Colo., Bill (Roni) Monahan of Parker, Colo., Patti (Mark) Thomas of Woodlands, Texas and John (Jodi) Monahan of Missoula, Mont.
A visitation will be Sunday, from 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. A funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church Monday, at 11 a.m. with Father Chauncey Winkler offering words of comfort and inspiration.
