Martha Elisabeth "Sis" Wilson, 92, died April 30, 2011, in Flagstaff. She was born Nov. 17, 1918, in Gallup, N.M., where she lived until moving to Flagstaff in 2008.
Mrs. Wilson was a retired secretary. She enjoyed sports, especially softball and bowling, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals play baseball.
She is survived by nieces and nephews Patty (Bill) Lewis and Mike (Carma) Wilson of Gallup, Janet Roubidoux and Oni (Terry) Leach of Albuquerque, Charles (Janet) Wilson of Evergreen, Colo., Dr. Steven (Anita) Wilson of Phoenix, Nila (Randy) Brown of Safford and Linda (John) Radosevich of Flagstaff; 18 great-nieces and nephews; and 27 great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.G. and Olga Wilson; brothers William "Mim" (Rina) Wilson, George H. "Hamp" (Dorothy) Wilson, Norman "Bud" (Kathleen) Wilson and Richard "Tish" (Mary) Wilson, all of Gallup, and Robert "Robbie" (Gladys) Wilson of Flagstaff; one niece; and one great-niece.
A service will be Saturday at 1 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, Gallup, N.M. Memorial contributions can be made to Northland Hospice.
