A Celebration of Frank's Life will be held on Friday, July 11, 2003 at 11am at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home with Dale Bors officiating. A private cremation was held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Family suggests donations to the charity of your choice in Frank's name. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
