Hazel Louise Green, 84, passed away on May 20, 2011 in Phoenix, Az. 

Hazel was preceded in death by he loving husband Franklin Hodges, her father Othanile Green, mother Delorous Green, brothers Bill and Lee Green, sister Thelma and great-grandson Jerin Berryman. She was survived by her daughters Irene (Allen) Watson, Cindy Adams, Rose (Ron) Brown, Son Frank (Nellie) Hodges Jr., (9) grandchildren, and (6) great grand children. 

Hazel was a very loving person. She never had any children of her own, at the age of 46 she took on the task of raising four children whom she loved very much. Hazel will be greatly missed.
