Harvey Neil Howell, 66, of Paulden, Ariz., born Feb. 19, 1945, in Mullen, Neb., passed away May 25, 2011, in Prescott.

Services will be 1 p.m. June 2, 2011, at the Heights Church in Prescott. Cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.
