The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Sept. 16, 1960, p. 7 Aguila Resident Is Found Dead Gerauld Wade Mackey, 58-year-old resident of Aguila, was found dead in a chair in his home in that town at 7 a.m. last Saturday, reports Sgt. Dave Carter of the sheriff’s office. Death, he says was by natural causes. Mr Mackey was a cook for the Copper Kettle Café in Aguila. He had been there about one month, having previously lived in Phoenix. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Wickenburg Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Shuart of Phoenix officiating. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr Mackey was born in Peoria, Ill., May 10, 1902. His only survivor is his widow, Mrs Georgia Mackey.
