The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Sept. 30, 1960, p. 8 Thursday Rites For Ed Sprague Masonic graveside rites were to be conducted in the Wickenburg Cemetery at 5 p.m. Thursday of this week for Edward Sprague who died in Community Hospital at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday. The family requested that contributions be given to the City of Hope in lieu of flowers. Mr Sprague was born July 27, 1887, in Rosebush, Mich., resided in Long Beach, Calif., from 1935 to 1945, and then spent five years in Oregon before moving here. Surviving are the widow, Mrs Bethel Sprague; one son, Ted Sprague of Long Beach, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs Ruth McIntyre and Mrs Frances Middleton of Medford, Ore.; two step-daughters, Mrs Bob Poling of Wickenburg and Mrs La Vera Etheride of San Pedro, Calif., one step-son, Wade Allen of Oakhurst, Calif.; one sister, Mrs Ruth McPhee of Harrisburg, Ore.; and a half-brother, John Ross of Oklahoma City, Okla.
