The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 11 1960, p. 10 Rites Here For D. F. Robinson Funeral service for Delano F. Robinson of parker, former resident here, were held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in the Wickenburg Chapel with the Rev. Robert Jenkins, Baptist minister, officiating. Burial was in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr Robinson suffered a cerebral hemorrhage while in a boat fishing on the Colorado River Friday of last week. He was taken to a hospital in Blythe where he died the following afternoon. Born in New York state 74 years ago, Mr Robinson had lived in Wickenburg since 1932 and until he and Mrs Robinson moved to Parker about three years ago. Here he and his wife established a laundry and dry cleaning business in the Wickenburg Mine Supply building. Later they operated the Wishing Well Cafe, Al's Lunch which was in the Sears & Hill building which burned several years ago, and The Diner (now Mom's Cafe) on the California Highway. They resided in a home they built on the Phoenix Highway. They resided in a home they built on the Phoenix Highway which they later sold. The property has been converted into the Rollin' Hogan Trailer Park. Surviving are the widow, who is a sister of Mrs Pearl Savage of Wickenburg; one step-son, John Hussen of Parker, of Parker, formerly of Wickenburg; a niece, Mrs Dave Carter, and a nephew, Dick Savage, both of Wickenburg; and a brother who lives in Glendale.
